Why is our warranty so complete? First, our
products are second to none, and we have very few products
returned. Second, we want you to feel confident enough to plan
ahead and stock up with all the printer cartridges and refill kits that you want without the
worry that six months later that you are out your investment.
Return Shipping Costs - If the product we ship is defective, or if we ship a product other than was ordered, we pay the shipping cost to return the product. Otherwise, the customer pays the shipping costs to return the product.
Special Order Products - Special Order Products are non-refundable.
Note that when you purchase our aftermarket cartridges you should stop any printer update software (often referred to as 'Printer Driver') updates for your printing unit by the OEM. Those updates are often used by the OEM to stop quality aftermarket cartridges from working in your printer.
